The Cost of a Stock Error
When a product sold on a marketplace is not deducted from stock, you end up selling something you do not have and cancelling the order. Cancellations lower your seller score and reduce product visibility. Stock synchronisation breaks that chain before it starts.
Two-Way Sync and Conflict Rules
When data flows in both directions, it has to be clear which system wins. A source system is defined per field at the start of the project, together with the rule that applies when the same record changes in two places, so nothing is lost or silently overwritten.
Error Alerts and Monitoring
Failed transfers are reported through notifications and failed records can be retried. For 30 days after go-live the flows are monitored, including the delays that can appear during heavy sales periods.

Pricing depends on the number of systems and marketplaces, product and variant volume, sync frequency and any custom rules. Third-party API and licence fees are not included.

How is the price determined?
System and marketplace count, product volume, sync frequency and custom rules set the price. Prices exclude VAT.
Is support provided after go-live?
Yes. Flows are monitored for 30 days after launch and integration-related issues are resolved.
