Frequently asked questions

What determines the price of a website?
The number of pages, whether you want custom design, and the modules (appointments, orders, membership, multiple languages). A one-page site starts at $249, a 5-page corporate site at $549 and e-commerce at $849, excluding VAT. Items that depend on your size are given in writing in the first call and do not increase afterwards.
Do we have to provide the copy and images?
No, it is not required. We write the copy for your industry and refine it with you; we pick images from a licensed library or edit yours. If you have no logo, logo design is priced separately.
How long until the site goes live?
A one-page site takes 3 business days, a standard corporate site 7 business days, e-commerce 12 to 15 business days, a mobile app 4 to 8 weeks. The clock starts when the brief and materials arrive; days spent waiting for your approval are not counted.
Can we update the site ourselves later?
Yes. You change text, images, products and blog posts from the admin panel; we give 30 minutes of training at delivery. If you prefer, we do the updates under a monthly maintenance plan.
Are the domain and hosting included?
Hosting is included and free for as long as you keep the site with us — no setup fee, no annual renewal, no monthly charge. The domain is not included: it is registered in your own name and stays yours, usually $10-15 a year. We tell you which one to get and handle the setup.
What do you do to get us found on Google?
Speed optimisation, mobile-friendliness, title and description tags, structured data, sitemap and Search Console registration are standard in every package. Ongoing content and ad management are separate services; we can quote SEO and Google Ads separately if you wish.
We are in a different city or country, can we work together?
Yes. The whole process runs online: brief form, video call, design approval and training. Location does not matter; the price and timeline are the same everywhere.
