Monthly SEO Management and Performance Tracking

Monthly SEO management is not a one-off setup. Rankings are tracked every month, pages that slip are caught, and content is improved step by step. A technical setup gets a site ready for search; this package keeps it there.

What happens every month

We track the rankings of 90 agreed keywords and report them at the end of the month against the previous one. Clicks, impressions and indexing are monitored through Search Console and Analytics; if a page drops suddenly or falls out of the index, you hear about it before the monthly report. Six pages are reworked each month: title, meta description, subheadings, body copy and internal links.

Why six pages

Content optimisation is manual work: reading the page, looking at what people actually search for around that topic, and rebuilding the copy accordingly. Six pages a month is the pace at which that can be done properly. Anyone claiming to optimise hundreds of pages at once is usually producing template text, which is exactly what Google has penalised most clearly in recent years.

How the report arrives

A written report at the end of each month: which keyword moved where, which pages were reworked, what was fixed and what is planned for next month. No jargon, just a text you can read and understand what was done.

How long until results

SEO runs on quarters, not months. The effect of technical fixes can show in the first month, but ranking movements usually become meaningful after the third, and longer in competitive queries. If anyone offers you a guaranteed position, walk away; nobody can guarantee Google's rankings.
