Multi-System Integration

API and Integration · Delivery: 3 to 6 weeks

Multi-System Integration

Multi-system integration connects three or more applications (ERP, accounting, e-commerce, CRM, shipping, marketplaces) into a single data flow. We start with a system inventory and architecture, bring the connections live in stages, then set up central error handling and a monitoring panel. It is for businesses that want to stop moving data by hand and end the mismatch between systems.

What is delivered

  • System inventory and end-to-end data flow architecture
  • Shared data model and field mapping tables
  • Phased development and rollout of each connection
  • Central error handling and monitoring panel
  • Test environment and go-live plan
  • Technical documentation and 60 days of support

Multi-System Integration

Multi-system integration is a project that makes three or more of your applications exchange data automatically. Orders, stock, invoices, customers and shipping information move through a single flow, so the same record never has to be typed into a second screen.

Which Systems Get Connected

ERP and accounting software, e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, CRM, carriers, payment providers and reporting tools are the typical connection points. Which systems are involved and which direction each piece of data flows is defined at the start of the project.

How the Project Runs

  • A system inventory is produced and current data flows and bottlenecks are mapped
  • A shared data model and field mapping tables are prepared
  • Connections are built and brought live one at a time
  • Central error handling and a monitoring panel are set up
  • Everything is verified in a test environment, then released with a go-live plan
  • Documentation is delivered and 60 days of support follows

Why Phased Rollout

Turning on every connection at once makes it hard to find the source when something fails, and it stops the operation. Bringing connections live in sequence lets each step be verified on its own without putting the live system at risk.

Central Error Handling and Monitoring

The biggest risk in integration work is a transfer failing silently. The monitoring panel shows which transfer ran when and which one failed, and failed records can be retried, so problems are noticed before a customer sees them.

Pricing

Pricing depends on how many systems are connected, how capable each API is, data volume and the level of automation required. The starting price is a pre-analysis estimate; a fixed quote follows once the scope is clear. Third-party licence and API fees are not included.

List your systems and we will map which flows should be automated together.

What is multi-system integration?
Connecting three or more applications so they exchange data automatically within a single defined flow.
Which systems can be connected?
ERP, accounting software, e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, CRM, carriers, payment providers and reporting tools.
How long does a project take?
Depending on scope, usually 3 to 6 weeks. System count and API quality affect the timeline directly.
How is the price determined?
System count, API capability, data volume and automation level set the price. Prices exclude VAT and are fixed after analysis.
One of my programs has no API, can it still be connected?
In most cases yes. Where no API exists, database access, file transfer or alternative methods are evaluated during analysis.
Will our operation stop during integration?
No. Connections go live in stages, are verified in a test environment first, and are released with a planned go-live.
How do we know if a transfer fails?
Through central error handling and the monitoring panel. Failed records are listed and can be retried.
Is support provided after delivery?
Yes. 60 days of support follows delivery, covering issues caused by the integration.
Is documentation delivered?
Yes. Data flows, mapping tables and connection structure are delivered as technical documentation.
How is this different from a single API integration?
A single API integration connects one system. Multi-system integration adds a shared data model, architecture and central monitoring across several systems.
