API and Integration

If you type the order into one system, the invoice into another and the customer into a third, you are losing time and making errors. We connect your systems; data is entered once and updated everywhere.

Which Integration Do You Need?

To connect one external service, single API integration; for automatic customer notifications, SMS and email integration; to take payments on your site, payment system integration.

For shipments and tracking, shipping integration; for stock and order sync, e-commerce and marketplace integration; for enquiry management, CRM integration; and for three or more systems, multi-system integration.

Why Integration Matters

Typing the same data into two screens is not just lost time, it is a source of error. When stock lives in two places you sell what you do not have, cancel the order and lose the customer.

Analysis First

Every integration depends on the other side's API. The first step is reviewing the documentation and building a mapping table showing which field goes where. Without an API, file transfer or database access are evaluated, and if nothing is workable we say so up front.

Error Handling and Monitoring

Integrations usually break not on day one but when the other side changes something. Every build includes error alerts and a transaction log, so transfers do not stop silently and failed records can be retried.

Conflict Rules

When data flows both ways, it must be clear which system wins. A source system is defined per field, with the rule that applies when the same record changes in two places, so nothing is overwritten.

Handover and Support

Every integration is delivered with a mapping table, connection structure and usage documentation, plus 30 to 60 days of support. Third-party API and licence fees are not included.

Questions about API and Integration

Which systems can be connected?
ERP, accounting software, e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, CRM, carriers, payment providers and reporting tools.
What if the other side has no API?
File transfer, database access or alternative methods are evaluated. If nothing is workable, we say so up front.
How long does an integration take?
Single API and notification integrations 5 to 7 business days, CRM 7, marketplace 7 to 10, multi-system 3 to 6 weeks.
Will we notice a failed transfer?
Yes. Error alerts and a transaction log are set up, failed transfers are visible and can be retried.
If the same record changes in two places, which wins?
A priority source system is defined per field at the start, and the conflict rule follows it.
How often are stock and prices synced?
Scheduled transfers and instant triggers are used together, so critical events such as orders update immediately.
Are payment commissions included?
No. Setup is included in the price; bank and payment provider commissions are paid to the provider.
Can you integrate e-invoicing?
Yes. E-invoice and e-archive integration can be built through the provider's ready connector.
Is there support after delivery?
Yes. Depending on the integration, 30 to 60 days of support is provided.
What drives integration pricing?
Number of systems, API capability, data volume and custom rules. Third-party API and licence fees are excluded.
