1. Subject

In accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, this form provides preliminary information on the essential characteristics, sales price, payment and delivery terms and the right of withdrawal for the service(s) ordered electronically by the buyer at https://turkwebsite.com.

2. Essential characteristics and price of the service

The name, scope, delivery time and VAT-inclusive price of the ordered service appear in the order summary on the payment page and on the relevant service page. Prices include VAT. Third-party costs such as domain, hosting and licences are not included unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment

Payment is made by debit/credit card through the payment provider's secure page, in a single payment or in instalments. Card details are neither seen nor stored by the seller.

4. Performance and delivery

The service starts after payment confirmation and receipt of the required information and content from the buyer; the delivery time is the number of business days stated on the service page, to which the buyer's response times are added. Delivery takes place with design approval and the launch of the site, or by electronic transfer of the files.

5. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days before performance of the service begins. Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the buyer's approval and which are prepared specifically for the buyer (design, software, content production). Withdrawal notices are sent in writing to [email protected]; refunds are made to the same payment instrument within 14 days.

6. Complaints and objections

In the event of a dispute, the buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
