Delivery and Revision Terms
Delivery time
The time stated on each service page starts when the brief form and the required materials (logo, copy, images, or the decision to leave them to us) reach us. Days spent waiting for your approval are not counted.
Revision rights
A revision is a round of changes to the presented design or software. The number of rounds stated in your package is free. Adding pages, requesting new modules or moving in a completely different direction from the approved design counts as new work and is quoted in writing in advance.
Payment
50 percent is taken at the start and the remainder before launch. For services bought through turkwebsite.com, payment is completed on the site. Maintenance plans are paid monthly in advance.
Third-party costs
Domain, hosting, SSL (free options are recommended), paid plugins and licences, payment provider commissions and SMS/e-mail service fees are not included in the price; they are listed separately in the quote and purchased in your name.
Source code and accounts
The site, domain and hosting are set up in your name; the admin panel and all files belong to you. If you stop working with us, the site keeps running. For custom software, source code handover is specified in the contract.
Support
Errors found within 30 days of launch are fixed free of charge. Optional maintenance plans are available afterwards; requests without a plan are billed hourly.
