Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the data controller is TurkWebsite.

Data processed and purpose

The name, phone, e-mail, city, website address and message you send through the contact form and WhatsApp are processed only to prepare a quote, contact you and carry out the service.

Sharing

Your data is shared with technical service providers such as payment infrastructure, e-mail and hosting providers to the extent the service requires; it is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention period

Quote requests are kept for 2 years if no service relationship is established; if one is, for the statutory retention periods.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the law you may access, correct and delete your data and object to its processing by contacting us through the channels on the contact page.
