Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: TurkWebsite, Turkey, 0 553 145 76 88, [email protected]
Buyer: The natural or legal person whose details are provided on the payment page.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the service ordered electronically by the buyer through https://turkwebsite.com, whose characteristics and sales price are stated in the order summary.

3. Service, price and payment

The name, scope, delivery time and total VAT-inclusive price of the service appear in the order summary. Payment is made by card on the payment provider's secure page; instalment options vary by bank. Third-party costs (domain, hosting, licences) are not included unless stated otherwise.

4. Performance

The seller starts the service after payment confirmation and receipt of the required information from the buyer. The delivery time is calculated in business days; delays in the buyer's content, approvals and feedback are added. The scope of the service is limited to the items written on the service page; additional requests are priced separately. Revision rights and terms are set out on the Delivery and Revision Terms page.

5. Obligations of the buyer

The buyer confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they hold the usage rights to the text, images and logos supplied. The buyer is responsible for content that infringes the rights of third parties.

6. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days before performance begins. For design, software and content services that are prepared specifically for the buyer and whose performance has begun with the buyer's approval, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Withdrawal notices are sent to [email protected]; refunds are made to the same payment instrument within 14 days.

7. Intellectual property

Once the full price has been paid, the usage rights to the delivered design and source code belong to the buyer. The seller reserves the right to show the work as a reference; the buyer may request otherwise in writing.

8. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade. For buyers who are not consumers, the courts and enforcement offices at the seller's place of residence have jurisdiction.

9. Entry into force

By ticking the consent box on the payment page and completing the payment, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement and the Preliminary Information Form. The agreement enters into force upon payment confirmation; a copy is sent to the buyer's e-mail address.
