Results can be written to an Excel file, a Google Sheets table or straight into a database. Each run can either overwrite or append while preserving history.

Legal Framework

Collection is planned with the source site terms of use and robots rules in mind. Sources containing personal data are assessed under data protection rules. Requests that are not appropriate are flagged clearly before the project starts.

Scheduled Runs and Alerts

The bot runs at the times you set. If the source site structure changes or data cannot be collected, an alert is sent, which prevents reports being produced from incomplete data.
